Anchovy and Capers pizza

- A roll of pizza dough (9,2 oz)
- 2,5 oz of tomato double concentrate
- 8,8 oz  mozzarella
- 2 large firm tomatoes
- 12 anchovy fillets
- 12 Spicy Olives (Mediterranean blend, marinated)
- 0,7 to 1,1 oz capers


Preheat oven to 350 ° F (gas mark 6).

Spread the dough with parchment paper on a pie plate.

Spread with tomato paste using a teaspoon.

Wash and trim tomatoes into thin slices, then spread over the dough.

Lengthen the anchovies star on tomato slices, olives and insert between each tomato slice.

Sprinkle with capers and mozzarella.

Bake in hot oven for 15 minutes then grill for 5 minutes to melt cheese
