Camembert 125g 1
Boiling milk 1dl
Tortillas, vine tomatoes, cocktail biscuits 200 g
Salt, pepper To taste
1. Cut the camembert into pieces, and place in a blender.
2. Boil the milk and pour on the cheese, mix until a smooth and creamy
paste is obtained.
3. Salt and pepper.
4. Pour the camembert cream into a Bodega glass, place on a
tray with the tortillas or other cocktail biscuits along with the vine
tomatoes. Serve. Can be embellished with cumin seed, Tabasco and
hot green pepper.
