Camembert from ...Camembert

Ingredients Quantity
Portion of camembert 1
Fruit jellies 8
Bun 2 slices, 3 to 4 cm wide
Freshly ground pepper To taste

Serves 4


1. Remove the portions of camembert from their papers.
2. Slice the bun in such a way as to obtain the same triangular shape as that of the
camembert. Idem for the fruit jelly which will be slightly thinner.
3. Toast the bun triangles.
4. "On the slice", alternate the pieces of bun,
cheese and fruit jelly.
Serve with mini tomatoes
