Soignon’s spreadable goat cheese       2 oz (60 g)
Cod fillet                                       11 oz (300 g)
Mild chili sauce                                  1 teaspoon
Lime juice Jus de citron vert                1 teaspoon
Crackers                                                         3 
Chopped fresh mint                                 1 pinch
5 berries mix                                          1 pinch
Pimento                                                 1 pinch
Salt                                                        1 pinch

- Mix the spreadable goat cheese with all the seasoning ingredients.
- Then open the cod fillet in half and garnish with a part of this preparation.
- Close the fillet and spread the remaining mixture on them.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs to make a thin crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 325 ° F.
