Goat cheese and strawberry mousse

Serves 4

Spreadable goat cheese  150 g
Strawberries                   250 g
Milk                              15 cl
Mint                              10 leaves
Icing sugar                    50 g

- Mix the spreadable goat cheese with the milk and the sugar.
- Whip for 1 to 2 minutes. Chill.
- Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut into quarters.
- Thinly slice the mint leaves.
- Incorporate the strawberries into the cheese mixture. Add the mint and chill for one hour.
