- A roll of pizza dough
- 1,8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 medium fresh tomatoes
- 3,5oz bacon
- 2 medium onions
- 4-5 tablespoons sour cream
- Fresh goat cheese (or sliced IQF)
- 2 medium slices of ham
Preheat oven to 350°F (gas mark 6).
Place your dough on parchment paper.
Add a good layer of tomato sauce.
Put slices of ham and the first fresh tomato, sliced.
In a skillet, fry the bacon with the onions and when they start to brown, add the cream.
Put th mixture on your pizza so that there is the same amount to almost everywhere.
Then add your cheese cut into slices.
Add your second tomato, sliced, you can also add some thinly sliced ham (optional). Sprinkle with oregano.
Bake for about 20 minutes, watch the cooking, the pizza is cooked when the edge of the dough is hard.
