Goat cheese, potatoe and ham gratin

Soignon’s Tost’O’Chèvre 
or Spreadable goat cheese       1,1 oz (30 g)
Butter                                     1 teaspoon
Chopped onions                       0,4 oz (10 g)
Chopped garlic                         0,2oz (5 g)
Uncooked potatoe thin slices      2,5 oz (70 g)
Liquid Cream                            7 fl oz (20 cl)
Chicken broth                           1 cube
Smoked ham                            0,4 oz (10 g)
Salt                                         1 pinch

- Fry the onions and garlic in butter. Add the potatoes, let cook gently (stove) and add the chopped ham
- Add the cream mixed with the chicken broth.
- Cook a few minutes, then add the Tost'O'Chèvre.
- Add salt, then pour into a mold or in individual ramekins.
- Make brown in the oven at 325° F for 25 minutes.
