Soignon goat cheese tomme      1,8 oz
Milk                                        10,5 fl oz
Dried apricots                           2,2 oz
Round rice                               3,5 oz
Caster sugar                            1,2 oz

- In a pan, cook the rice with the milk and the sugar, like a risotto.
- At the end of cooking, add the diced goat tomme and the dried apricots.
-  Let cool and leave in a refrigerater for  at least 12 hours
-  Serve very fresh
