The Gorgonzola is a PDO blue-veined cheese with a creamy and soft texture and a nutty aroma. It can have a mild to sharp taste depending on its age. Made with pasteurised milk, it is presented in IQF crumbles which makes it easy to spread on a pizza or a salad.
