Ham and grilled goat cheese salad

INGREDIENTS

Crottin 1
Serrano ham 1 slice
Potatoes 2
Oil  2 tablespoons
Xérès Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper


- Wash and cook potatoes in salted water and cut into slices with the skin.
- Cut the ham into strips.
- Prepare the dressing and add to potatoes and ham. Mix and arrange on the plate.
- Toast 2-3 minutes the goat cheese and put it in the plate.

Tipp: you can use ham from Parma or Bayonne.
