Serves 2 
Honey goat’s cheese spread 140g
Mint 10 leaves
Raisins 20g
Roasted almonds 20g

Wash, dry and chop the mint leaves.
Mix all ingredients together.
Excellent accompaniment for melon, watermelon and Parma ham.
