IQF Raclette slices and cubes

Hard cheese made using pasteurised cow's milk, the Raclette are matured for 8 weeks minimum, cut in cubes or slices and then frozen at –20°C.
Thanks to the IQF technology, the slices and cubes are regular and easy to handle and measure.
They are perfect for a “raclette” diner but also an opportunity to vary the cheese ingredients, by mixing them in hot dishes such as tarts, pizzas, salads and seasonal entrées.

  • Case: 500g trays by 8 (for 15g and 20g slices) or 5kg bag by 2
  • Uses: Hot or cold applications : pizzas, ready meals, tarts, salads…
