3 creamy blue slices
2 dried figs
1 cured ham slice
Freshly ground black pepper
Cut the figs in half and shape each half into four-pointed stars.
Place 3 slices of blue cheese one on top of the other and cut into 4 to form 4 cubes.
Cut 4 squares of ham and place a blue cheese cube on each one. The ham should curl up slightly to cup the cheese.
Put the ham and cheese on the fig and stick on to a skewer.
