Camembert with pepper 100 g 1
Slices of crusty granary bread 4
Smoked ham 2 slices
Rocket, agretti or other salad 20 g
Dried apple slices 8
Cherry tomatoes 4
Freshly ground pepper To taste
1. Slice the camembert into slices and the smoked ham into juliennes (small batons)
2. Quarter the tomatoes. Wash the salad.
3. Spread the ingredients over the bread, varying the colours and the
volume of ingredients. Season with pepper.
