- 1 pizza dough
- 2 merguez (spicy sausage)
- 7 oz mozzarella
- 7oz mushrooms
- 1 small jar of tomato sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 / 2 garlic clove, chopped thinely
- 1 teaspoon oregano or Provençal herbs
Spread pizza dough on a flat rectangular baking dish.
Spread the tomato paste and after the onion, garlic and the mushrooms sliced.
Cut into pieces 2cm merguez and place on pizza.
Spread the mozzarella on pizza.
Season with a teaspoon of oregano or herbs de Provence.
Bake 20 minutes ( 410° F)
