The ripened goat cheese log is made with pasteurised goat's milk. Its texture melts in mouth but stays firm and offers you a full and typical goat’s cheese flavour. These are ripened for a minimum of 9 days before being packaged in a protective shell pack which will act as a micro-cave allowing the cheese to continue ripening.
