Salmon fillet stuffed with goat cheese and black olives

Spreadable goat cheese (Tost’O’Chèvre)      0,9 oz (25 g)
Salmon fillet without the skin                      5,3 oz (150 g)
Black olives                                              3 or 4
Sundried Tomatoes                                   0,5 oz (15 g)
Chopped Shallot                                       ½ teaspoon
ChoppedBasil                                           ½ teaspoon
5 berries mix                                            1 pinch


- Crush the black olives and sundried tomatoes, then mix with remaining ingredients in the goat cheese.
- Incise the deep salmon fillet on top without cutting completely, remove the two sides, then stuff with   the spreadable goat cheese preparation .
- Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes.
