Spiced chicken with goat’s cheese

                         + 30 mins for marinade

Soignon  fresh goat’s cheese log                    50 g
Chicken fillet                                                200 g
Diced mixed peppers                                     70 g
Diced apple                                                  Half
Sunflower oil                                                 1 teaspoon
Single cream                                                1 tablespoon
Pouring Honey                                              1 tablespoon
Chopped red onions                                      1 tablespoon
Finely chopped garlic                                     1 pinch
Chopped parsley                                           1 teaspoon
Ground ginger; black ground cardamom           1 pinch of each
Tandoori powder; Madras curry powder             1 pinch of each
Table salt                                                     2 pinches
Water                                                           2 tablespoon

- Slice the chicken fillet and season using all other ingredients
- Leave to marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge
- Then, cook on a lively heat.
- Arrange on a serving plate.


- Garnish with lime quarters and serve with curried rice
