Swedish bread with plain spreadabel goat cheese

For 4 sandwiches
 
Ingredients 
Plain goat’s cheese spread  140 g “Polar” spread 8
Slices of smoked salmon 200g
Cucumber 1/2
Leek sprouts To taste
Freshly ground pepper To taste
Lemon juice Few drops


Preparation
Grill the polar bread
Wash and slice the cucumber into thin half-circles.
Spread the goat’s cheese and pepper on the first slice of bread with the help of piping bag. Add the sliced cucumber, salmon and a few drops of lemon juice. Add more goat’s cheese, and sprinkle leek sprouts on it.
Cover with the 2nd slice of bread.
Serve chilled.
