Plain Goat cheese cubes 50g
Tomato 1/2 (diced)
Black olives 25g, Lemon 1/2, Basil 2 finely
chopped leaves, Olive oil, Coriander (seeds) 1 tbsp
• Cook the tagliatelle and cool immediately.
• Prepare the marinade and add the cubed goat’s cheese.
• Leave to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
• Mix the tomato and the marinated diced goat’s cheese with the tagliatelle.
