Tikka chicken

Fresh plain goat cheese      1,8 oz
Chicken fillets                    2
Pepper powder                   1 pinch
Garam Masala *                 1 pinch
Tandoori                           1 pinch
Ground coriander                1 pinch
Lime juice                          1 teaspoon
Rapeseed oil                      1 tablespoon
Cream                               1,5 fl oz
Red food coloring                ½ teaspoon
Salt                                    1 pinch
Water                                1,5 fl oz

- Blend the goat cheese with cream and water, and add the remaining seasonings.
- Marinate the chicken for 6 hours.
- Drain the chicken pieces lightly and bake in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
