Vegetarian pizza

- 1 pizza dough
- 6 cooked artichoke hearts
- 350 g of tomato pulp
- 3,5 oz mushrooms Paris
- 3,5 oz black olives
- 8,8 oz  mozzarella
- Oregano
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Sugar
- Salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 460° F (gaz mark8-9).

Spread the dough and flour it.

Cook the tomatoes in a pan with oil, a pinch of sugar and oregano. Let the water evaporate.

Spread this mixture over the dough, then add the sliced or shredded mozzarella.

Arrange artichoke hearts cut in two, sliced mushrooms and black olives.

Sprinkle with olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano and bake 15-20 minutes in oven hot.
